 Every event I coordinate with a client is a unique celebration!   In each job I work diligently to focus my time and resources to meet the expectations of my client’s vision while keeping on target with their budget.  Through my experience in event planning I’ve found that there is no cookie-cutter price package to anticipate the costs of each event’s special details.  Instead I offer my service as a personal party consultant.  Like a unique event-planning guide in your back pocket, tailored to fill in the details when and where you need them.  This allows the client to gain exactly what assistance they need to create their custom event.

Petite Party Package

 This package starts at $250* and offers a variety of decor and party embellishments to set the scene for a fabulous day of fun!  With my unique party creations that you will receive with this package your decor shopping and planning is DONE!



  This package includes (but is not limited to):
 - custom themed decor
 - a personalized party bunting/banner keepsake for your special bday boy or girl
 - ceiling/wall hangings for party table
 - party table decor and tablescape displays
 - plates and napkins for up to 10 guests
 - party invites for 10 guests ($10 for each additional guest)
 *day of set up and removal of decor are based upon an hourly rate as these time frames fluctuate for each event.




Sweet Party Package

This package starts at $300* and offers everything you receive with the Petite Package but also includes my coordinating services including kid's entertaining services.  With purchasing this package all of the work for planning the celebration is in my helpful hands!  With my assistance you can be a warm host to your guests, have a party that looks amazing, and still enjoy taking your capturing the memories!




  This package includes (but is not limited to):
 - custom themed decor
 - a personalized party bunting/banner keepsake for your special bday boy or girl
 - ceiling/wall hangings at party table and the party space
 - party table decor and tablescape displays
 - centerpieces
 - greeting sign
 - beverage station
 - plates and napkins for up to 10 guests
 - party invites for 10 guests ($10 for each additional guest).
 - Preparation of up to three crafts, games or activities for 10 guests
 - *Coordination and display of desserts and other catering services
 - *Coordination of outside party entertainment or activities: (bounce house, face painting, special guests)
 - *Coordination of outside venues
 *day of set up and removal of decor as well as leading activities are based upon an hourly rate as these time frames fluctuate for each event.
